At Ginjoi, every order is made to order to ensure maximum freshness, quality, and nutritional integrity. We do not ship pre-made or shelf-stored juices.

Production Timeline

  • All orders require up to 3 business days to produce before shipping.

  • This production window allows us to cold-press, bottle, seal, and quality-check your juices with care.

Shipping Timeline

  • Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and destination.

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $300

  • Orders under $300 are charged a flat or calculated shipping rate at checkout, based on location and order size.

Cold-Chain Shipping

  • Our juices are shipped cold and carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit.

  • Because we ship perishable products, someone should be available to receive your order upon delivery.

Shipping Days

  • Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to help ensure juices do not sit in transit over the weekend.

  • Orders placed later in the week may ship the following week.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, we want to make it right.

Because our products are perishable and made to order, we cannot accept physical returns. However, we do offer a customer-friendly satisfaction guarantee.

What We Offer

If there is an issue with your order due to:

  • Quality concerns

  • Damage during shipping

  • Incorrect or missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We may offer, at our discretion:

  • A store credit toward a future order

  • A replacement item

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

What’s Not Covered

To keep our guarantee fair and sustainable, the following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Taste preference or flavor dislikes

  • Orders where delivery instructions were not followed

  • Orders left unattended for extended periods after delivery
