Every Ginjoi order is crafted just for you—cold-pressed, bottled, and sealed after you place your order. Please allow up to 3 business days for production before shipment.
To preserve quality, orders ship early in the week using cold-chain packaging. Shipping is free on orders over $300.

We believe wellness should come with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order—whether it’s quality, accuracy, or damage in transit—reach out within 48 hours and we’ll take care of you.

Perishable Goods Disclaimer
Ginjoi products are perishable food items and are not eligible for return once shipped. Refunds or replacements are issued at Ginjoi’s sole discretion and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ginjoi is not responsible for delays, theft, or damage caused by failure to retrieve the package promptly.

Limitation of Liability
Ginjoi’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the affected product(s). We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
